Become Our New Guest Service Manager! 

Are you a passionate leader with an eye for service and the ability to inspire others? We are now looking for an engaged Guest Service Manager to join our team at First Camp! 

About the Role: 

As a Guest Service Manager, you will lead and develop our Guest Service Center with the goal of ensuring high guest satisfaction. You will work operationally by answering calls, handling guest complaints and claims, while also leading and motivating your team of Guest Service Agents. The role also includes responsibility for budget, results, and KPI targets, as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve guest service and satisfaction. 

Your Main Responsibilities Include: 

  • Operational work with customer interactions and complaint handling. 
  • Personnel responsibility including scheduling, coaching, and internal training. 
  • Budget and result responsibility, as well as analysis and reporting of key figures. 
  • Developing routines and driving improvement work. 

We Are Looking for Someone Who Has: 

  • Previous experience in leadership and personnel responsibility. 
  • Experience with scheduling and recruitment. 
  • Experience in administrative services and developing routines and processes. 
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English; knowledge of Danish, Norwegian, and/or German is a plus. 
  • Strong ability to work with IT systems and digital tools.
